Return & Refund Policy – Savva Care
1. Returns
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Must include invoice + original tags
Non-returnable items:
- Opened hygiene products (e.g., supports, braces, pillows after use)
- Damaged due to misuse
- Final sale / discounted items
2. Refunds
- Once return is received & inspected → refund approved within 48 hours
- Refund processed in 5–7 business days
- Mode: original payment method / bank transfer (for COD)
3. Replacement (Preferred)
- If product is damaged / defective / wrong item
- Replacement shipped free of cost
4. Return Process
- Email: savvacare@gmail.com
- Share: Order ID + issue + images
- Pickup arranged (or customer self-ship if needed)
5. Return Charges
- Free return for damaged/wrong item
- Otherwise ₹99–₹149 may apply
6. Cancellation
- Allowed within 12 hours of order placement
- After dispatch → cannot cancel

Savva Care products are healthcare-related.
Returns are strictly quality-checked for hygiene and safety.
