Return & Refund Policy – Savva Care

1. Returns

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Must include invoice + original tags

Non-returnable items:

  • Opened hygiene products (e.g., supports, braces, pillows after use)
  • Damaged due to misuse
  • Final sale / discounted items

2. Refunds

  • Once return is received & inspected → refund approved within 48 hours
  • Refund processed in 5–7 business days
  • Mode: original payment method / bank transfer (for COD)

3. Replacement (Preferred)

  • If product is damaged / defective / wrong item
  • Replacement shipped free of cost

4. Return Process

  • Email: savvacare@gmail.com
  • Share: Order ID + issue + images
  • Pickup arranged (or customer self-ship if needed)

5. Return Charges

  • Free return for damaged/wrong item
  • Otherwise ₹99–₹149 may apply

6. Cancellation

  • Allowed within 12 hours of order placement
  • After dispatch → cannot cancel

Savva Care products are healthcare-related.
Returns are strictly quality-checked for hygiene and safety.
